All machines sold by Postroom-online are reliable and come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.  In the rare cases of a breakdown the manufacturers will arrange to collect your machine then repair/ replace it and return it to you at their expense.  This procedure usualy takes around 10 working days.  To make things easier for the customer at Postroom-online we can contact the manufacturer for you.

For customers who can not afford to be without a machine for that long this service is for you, in the case of a breakdown we will send you one of our A3 machines by next day courier for you to use whilst your machine is with the manufacturer.
